YOUR BeFit LIFE 10 Day Timeline during the Herbal Cleanse

How tp prepare ALL AdvoCare drinks: shake in 6-10oz of room temp water

 

Typical Day :

Wake UP (within 10 minutes of waking)

____am         Drink half -or- full packet of AdvoCare Spark®

____am         Take Probiotic pill packet

Breakfast (within 45 minutes of waking and at least 15min after drinking Spark®)

____am         Prepare and drink immediately, AdvoCare Meal Repl. Shake®

____am         Prepare and drink immediately Cleanse Fiber packet (can add to shake)

           

Snack (2.5-3.5 hours after breakfast)

____am        Enjoy a snack containing: 1 Protein/1-2 Carbohydrate/1-2 Fat from STAGE1 FOOD LIST

                     (for example, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece of sprouted bread and 2 brazil nuts)

15-30 minutes before Lunch (optional)

____am        Drink remaining half of AdvoCare Spark®

Lunch (2.5-3.5 hours after snack)

____pm        Have a lunch containing 1-2 Protein/1-2 Carbohydrate/ 1-2 Fat from STAGE1 FOOD LIST

Snack  (2.5-3.5 hours after lunch)

____pm        Have a snack containing PROTEIN/CARB/FAT from your food list

Dinner  (2.5-3.5 hours after snack)

____pm         Have a dinner containing PROTEIN/CARB/FAT from your food list

1-2 hours prior to Bed Time

____pm        Drink 8-12oz of water with Herabl pill packet

Bed Time 

____pm         6-8 hours prior to your Wake up time
